Yoga is a path to liberation and it requires being in solidarity with all oppressed people.

Yoga is social justice.

Palestine needs our attention and their freedom is connected to ours. Yoga invites us to disentangle ourselves from the very habits that normalize harm. Not just to ourselves, our family, our communities, but for all beings.

Samastah means All Beings.

It's about everyone.

"Samastah has helped me to look

inward and really see myself with grace and

compassion. It is where I have received support, encouragement, and guidance to continue to

look at myself, and my life, while finding ways to love and accept myself – all of me – just as I am. "

"I would give this studio 10 stars if I had the option, Maura & Joseph are absolutely wonderful to practice with & learn from! I started the yogic development & embodiment course about 3 months ago & have also been taking the yin & hatha classes, all of which have far exceeded my expectations! The amount of healing & growth I've had since I started here is amazing & I absolutely recommend practicing here."

Cassie Leger

"This space is a total gem. If your heart is seeking beauty and belonging, give Samastah a try. Maura and Joseph are gifted teachers who craft their classes to meet the needs of the students who are present. Strongly recommend for postpartum healing. Oh and they sing to you too! Maura has a voice like a bell."

"One of the very best yoga studios I have ever been to. Every time I have practiced here, it has been a great workout, and a true mind exercise. Joseph has the gift! Really a wonderful leader.
The studio is less of a modern work out yoga gym, and more of a traditional eastern/spiritual yoga center"
